Ordered this product on 03/05/2024 and paid £39.99 postage for the RUSH 2-4 working days delivery as I needed it for presentation in just over a weeks time (wanted to test before the presentation).
I had to email 14/05/2024 to find out the status of my delivery as the original delivery slot had passed with no communication as to expected delivery. I was emailed back the next day saying it would be dispatched that week on a next day.
I then had to email again 21/05/2024 to ask for confirmation of dispatch to which I was told it would be dispatched that day. I received the item 23/05/2024 with advise that the delivery would be refunded. Still waiting 12/06/2024.
Once the item arrived it was of good quality and what I wanted just be advised not to pay for quick delivery or expect the item to come in a timely manner as there is no rush from the company and certainly no communication!! The presentation had been and gone before the item even left the company so has been rearranged.
